Our Guarantee

We guarantee our customers' 100% satisfaction and will work with our customers to ensure that satisfaction. In the event you, the customer, are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a different solution to rectify any issues, exchange the item for a more suitable replacement, or offer our 30-day money back guarantee.

Exchange/Refund Period & Conditions

  • The 30-day period starts when the item is purchased, not used.
  • A receipt must be provided or a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.
  • Item must be in new or good condition if used.

Submit a Claim for Exchange

If your request for exchange or refund meets these criteria, please return to the authorized 509 dealer where you purchased your gear. If the dealer will not accept the return, please Submit a Customer Support Ticket and provide the following information:

  1. Your full name.
  2. An accurate shipping address.
  3. Complete contact information including phone number and email address.
  4. The model, size, and color of the claimed item.
  5. The date and place of business where you purchased your 509 gear.

    If you did not purchase directly from our website or register your purchase in our Warranty Registration Form, please include a copy of your receipt.

  6. An accurate description of why you are wanting to return the gear.
  7. Photos of the items requested for return.

    Tip: Please use a well lit area and disable your camera's flash to reduce glare.

As soon as we receive the above information as a customer support ticket, we will review the claim and make a determination on the warranty request. We typically respond within 1-2 days with exceptions for weekends and holidays.
